Who can read the Library's eBooks?
Department of Commerce staff and contractors stationed at the Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC with a Library Account may use Overdrive eBooks.
Is Libby the same as OverDrive?
Libby is built by OverDrive, who also developed the classic OverDrive app. Both apps let you borrow the same digital content. However, Libby was designed to make finding, borrowing, and enjoying eBooks easier than ever.
Can I download Libby to my government phone?
For the most part, yes. If you are having an issue with downloading the app to your government phone, please contact your Bureau's IT help desk.
