We host Library webinars on Cisco Webex Events. To see what events are coming up and register, visit our upcoming trainings & events. After registering for an event, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to join the webinar.
Computer audio is generally preferred, but if it is muffled, click on the “…” button, then select Switch Audio. Choose “Call me” and then enter your telephone number. Webex will then call your phone and connect you to the webinar. If the audio quality on your telephone is degraded, press *0. You will be transferred to a Webex technician who will be able to assist in diagnosing this issue.
For our webinars, we use Cisco Webex Events. When joining the event, you may be prompted to add the Webex extension to your browser. This will help you join all Webex sessions quickly and provide you with the best experience, but it is not required; users may also choose to run a temporary application or join by browser (Webex is compatible with Chrome, Edge, & Firefox browsers).
We use the Federal Relay Service to provide captions for our webinars. Each webinar will have a unique URL to access the live captions. The caption link will be available a few days before the event and on the Webex Event landing page.
